Quotes and services
Service scope, pricing, payment, timing and cancellation terms are confirmed in the quotation or work order accepted by the customer. Those agreed terms take priority if they differ from this page.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, disclose known hazards and provide safe, reasonable access to the work or training site.
Consumer rights
We aim to perform services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
